Highly configurable, Stablemaster can be made to support how your business works
Key to Stablemaster's potency is the way in which you can configure it to work the way you do, from currency and time zone to suppliers and employees. Below is a short description of each of the settings available.
Manage your subscription. Setup your business information such as address, contact details, social media, banking, terms and conditions, currency type and subscription type. This then links through to invoicing your customers.
Setup up your facilities such as arenas, paddocks, classrooms and courses. Set capacity and enable them for lessons. The system is designed to never let you over allocate or double book.
Define adult and child age ranges, assign parents for payments.
Setup your different customer types for billing and reporting. For example Livery or Riding School
Add employees as users to the system and set their access level and roles within the business such as Instructor.
Configure ethnicities for reporting.
Create different one-off event types such as competitions and absence. Set duration, price, availability and start dates and times.
Configure your barns, paddocks and horse accommodation and set capacity limits.
Create as many different lesson types as you wish. For each lesson type you set the riding level, duration, maximum riders and cost.
Enable or Disable online booking with ease. Activate lessons and events for online availability. Set lesson booking cut off period and include your terms and conditions. Allow your customers to download the booking app and publish a Book Now button on your business website.
Define your payment options for all your products, for example card, online, on account and cash.
Create limitless products such as livery, tack rental, equipment and merchandise. Make them available for billing and report on sales.
Enter suppliers and contact details and maintain them in one place. Assign them to various tasks such as feed, veterinary and shoeing.
